Guide: Releases, distribution and takedowns

Creating a release Upload releases directly through app.tracks.id. Include final audio, cover art, title, participating artists, release date, genre, ISRC/UPC if available, and credits. Requirements • WAV audio, at least 16-bit • Square JPG or PNG cover art, at least 3000 × 3000 px • No QR codes, barcodes, logos, or promotional text Scheduling and delivery Schedule at least 4 days ahead. Releases with less than 24 hours are not supported. Repeat artists with more than 2 releases may receive priority service in 48–72 hours; this does not guarantee a release date. After approval or signing, delivery can take 24–72 hours. If a release is missing from a selected platform, wait up to 5 days for DSP delays before requesting follow-up. Changes and takedowns Request changes by ticket or concierge with the ISRC/UPC, release link, and a clear explanation. To remove a release, open it in app.tracks.id and request a takedown. Submitted takedowns cannot be cancelled and are irreversible.
